Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% fee for no show appointments and a 40% fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. There is a 10 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please let me know so I can do my best to accommodate for you.
